New Zealand. WINZ are demanding non existent drivers licenses from poor people before they can get assistance. If you have never had a driver license then you are a suspect and considered dangerous.

Instead of condemning the poor to even worse poverty they should be helping them. Labels against the poor dont help at all. Poor is not crazy, and poor is not consent. You cant rape the poor and call it work. Thats a crime against humanity. Sex slavery or sex trafficking.
When the government departments get together to force women into sex slavery it called corruption. An example of the hatred and animosity they have against the poor. Blame the victims, punish the victims. Is not justice. Letting poor people and victims of crime have a lawyer is justice.
Are WINZ only there to help the rich? Do they think rich people wont attack them?
